Samira Diallo is a bilingual (French/English) speaker, workshop facilitator, and people strategy advisor based in Toronto. She speaks on leadership, women in technology, careers, inclusion, and the future of work.
She has delivered keynotes, panels, fireside chats, podcasts, and training programs across industries including technology consulting, telecom, entertainment, insurance, and the public sector. Her background includes 15+ years at companies like Capgemini, Walt Disney World, Rogers, and Oracle, where she led large programs and managed teams across North America, Europe, and Africa.

Having lived and worked across multiple countries, Samira brings a global perspective and a genuine commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging, and to how organizations build environments where people stay and grow.
Outside of her professional work, Samira mentors young women and leaders navigating new careers and new countries. She is also a board member supporting digital access initiatives in West Africa.
