- Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked across North America, Europe, and Africa, leading projects, managing teams, and helping companies create workplaces where people feel included and supported.
- I design and run programs for every part of the employee journey, from hiring and onboarding to engagement, leadership development, and retention.
- I also bring in technology, data, and project management expertise to ensure these programs actually work and deliver results.
