  • 15 years ago, I began my career in tech consulting and for worked for global organizations like Capgemini and Oracle, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems. 


  • I worked as a project manager, supporting organizations in various industries. Some of the clients I worked wit

  • 15 years ago, I began my career in tech consulting and for worked for global organizations like Capgemini and Oracle, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems. 


  • I worked as a project manager, supporting organizations in various industries. Some of the clients I worked with are Rogers Communications, Walt Disney World,  McDonalds, Areva, York University, and BC Hydro, along with many mid-sized businesses and nonprofits.


  • My work took me across the US and Canada, and I also collaborated with offshore teams in different countries. These experiences taught me how to manage projects and people across time zones, cultures, and working styles.


  • As I grew in my career, I took on a People & Strategy Operations role, where I partnered with senior leaders to run the people and operations side of a $100M+ tech portfolio (Microsoft, Google, AWS). 


  • I supported clients like McDonald’s, GE, and Michael Kors, managing staffing and workforce planning, leading HR programs, and driving engagement, communications, and DEI for 2,000+ remote and hybrid employees.


  • I then became a Senior People Leader, where I led a team of 40+ functional and education consultants across North America. My role combined people leadership, strategy execution, and coaching. 


  • I partnered with executives on people strategy, scaled onboarding and campus hiring programs, improved resource management, and advanced DEI, including founding ABLE Canada (Black ERG) and being named a Top Women at Oracle Canada 2023 nominee.

  • I’ve launched Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) nationally and globally, creating communities to imrpive diversity, connection, inclusion, an

  • I’ve launched Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) nationally and globally, creating communities to imrpive diversity, connection, inclusion, and retention. 


  • I’ve spoken at events and interntational panels on diversity, leadership, and employee experience, sharing lessons from leading multicultural teams.


  • As a Black woman who studied and worked in male-dominated environments, I’ve long been committed to gender balance and addressing bias. 


  • I’ve designed initiatives to recruit, develop, and retain women in tech, and I continue to mentor women locally and internationally.


  • I’m also deeply invested in digital inclusion. Today, I serve as President of the Board of Digital Niger, a nonprofit focused on expanding digital access and opportunities.


  • Over the years, I’ve partnered with global organizations like United Way, Dress for Success and UN Women to mentor and equip women and girls with the skills and resources they need to succeed.

  • My life has been shaped by 3 continents. I was born in France, raised in Niger, and later moved to Canada for school. 


  • I speak both French and English, and I see myself as a citizen of the world. Living and working across countries taught me to value different perspectives and connect across cultures.


  • I now live in Toronto, but I’m always

  • I now live in Toronto, but I’m always open to new places and challenges.


  •  I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries, sometimes for work, sometimes for adventure (like the time I ended up sitting on a crocodile).


  • I take thousands of photos everywhere I go and I bring an intrapreneurial spirit to everything I do.


  •  I’m also a planner at heart, if it’s building programs at work, mentoring women, or using Excel to organize just about everything in my life. 


  • With Mayana Voyage, I combine my love of travel with my solution-oriented mindset by simplifying international travel for families
