  • I started out in tech consulting as a project manager and along the way, I always raised my hand to lead culture programs, engagement initiatives, and team building. 
  • What began as a side project became the work I love most.
  • Now, I bring together my love for structure, my people-first mindset, and my experience working with multicultural teams around the world to help companies build workplaces where people want to stay and grow.
